Mike Bjergso, the Project Manager, came as soon as he could to assess the damage. He was sympathetic to the inconvenience the damage caused and worked hard to get the quote completed quickly. There was significant damage in the neighbourhood and he worked all weekend to meet the resulting need. He and his staff were available when I had any questions.
